You can find our place at 1-9352, Street No. 2/5 in Pratap Pura. We are based in the West Rohtas Nagar area of Shahdara. It’s a local operation where we handle all sorts of printing and sign work. The office is usually humming with the sound of machines or computers. We have stacks of paper and samples lying on the tables. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time talking to local people who need things made for their businesses. Sometimes we are out on the street putting things up, and other times we are stuck inside finishing a design. The neighborhood is pretty crowded, so parking can be a bit of a headache for us. We’ve been here for a while and most of our neighbors know what we do. It’s just a small team of us working here at Kanika Advertising. We don’t have fancy meetings; we just sit down and figure out what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes things go wrong with the printers and we have to fix them ourselves. It is a lot of hands-on work. We don't pretend to be a big agency. We are just a local shop in Shahdara trying to keep our customers happy with what we produce. The days can be long when we have a lot of orders, but we just take it one job at a time. It’s a decent way to work and earn a living.
