If you’re looking for us, we’re over at E-377/1, Gali No. 5 in Jagjeet Nagar. It’s part of New Usmanpur, right in the middle of Shahdara. This part of Delhi is pretty tight-knit, and the streets are always full of life. At Kajaria Ceramics Limited, we operate out of this local spot. It’s not a massive warehouse or anything like that. It’s just a regular place where we keep our ceramic stock. Dealing with tiles in a narrow gali has its challenges, especially when we have to move stuff around, but we’ve got a system that works. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the shop. We’d rather just have the tiles stacked up so people can see the real thing. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing right outside our door, and the whole place has a very local, lived-in feel. We know most of the people around here by name. It’s the kind of place where you stop for a chat even if you aren’t buying anything. We focus on the practical side of things. If a tile is durable, we say so. If it’s just for looks, we say that too. It’s a simple business in a busy part of Shahdara, and we just take things one day at a time without any big corporate talk or polished speeches.
