Kahanaiya General Store is tucked away in the neighborhood of Bhajanpura. It’s one of those local shops that has been around for a bit, serving the people who live on the nearby streets. We don't have a massive storefront or a fancy address with a lot of details, just Bhajanpura. It’s a place where you can find the basics without having to go far from home. We keep things like soap, snacks, cigarettes, and various household supplies on the shelves. The space is a bit tight, with items stacked pretty high to make use of the room we have. It’s usually me or my brother behind the counter. We start early in the morning and stay open until the street gets quiet at night. People come in to chat as much as they do to buy things.
