You can find us at Plot No. D - 525 in Gali No 5, which everyone knows as Masjid Wali Gali in Ashok Nagar-Mandoli. It’s right there in the heart of the neighborhood. We are a physiotherapy clinic, so we spend our days helping people move again. Whether it’s a back injury, a sports problem, or someone recovering from a stroke, we work on it here. The clinic is located in a narrow lane, so it’s very much a local community spot. We have various machines and tables for exercises, but a lot of the work is just manual therapy and showing people how to do their movements correctly. It’s not a fancy, high-end gym; it’s a medical space for recovery. We see a lot of elderly people from Ashok Nagar who have chronic pain, but we also get younger folks who hurt themselves at work or playing. The sounds of the street and the nearby masjid are always in the background. It’s a busy, lively area. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s just a place where we try to help people get back on their feet. Many of our patients come to us because their neighbor told them about us. We’ve been in Gali No 5 for a while now and we know the locals well. It’s honest, hard work helping people regain their strength and mobility. We just keep it simple and focus on the exercises every day.
