Industrial Tools & Spares is situated at C-9/18 Yamuna Vihar. This is a residential and commercial mix of an area, so it feels a bit more like a community than a cold industrial park. We have our inventory of tools and spares kept here at C-9/18. It’s a lot of metal parts and heavy boxes stacked up. Sometimes the delivery vans have a bit of trouble parking on the street because it gets narrow, but we always make it work somehow. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a local operation where we know exactly what we have on the shelves. We spend our mornings checking what came in and what needs to go out to customers. The shop front is plain. We don't have big posters or anything flashing. People mostly find us because they need a specific spare part that is hard to get elsewhere. Yamuna Vihar has been our home for a while now. We like the pace here. It isn't too fast, but we stay busy enough to keep the doors open. If you need the exact spot, it's C-9/18. We keep things pretty simple. No fancy computer systems for every little thing, just some good old-fashioned record-keeping and knowing where the inventory is tucked away. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when a big shipment arrives, but we get it all sorted eventually and go back to our usual routine.
