You can find our place at Plot No.1002 in G.T.B. Enclave, which is part of Dilshad Garden. We’ve been operating from this same spot for quite a few years. Our work is all about carbon products. It’s a bit of a gritty job, as you might expect. Carbon gets everywhere, so the floors and the walls usually have a bit of a grey tint to them no matter how much we clean. The machines are old but they still do the job they’re supposed to do. We spend the morning unloading raw materials and the afternoons getting orders ready for dispatch. It’s a lot of physical work, moving bags and checking the quality of what we’re producing. Dilshad Garden is a busy area, and the enclave can get pretty crowded with vehicles. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a sales team. Usually, if you show up, you’ll just find one of us in the workshop area with a clipboard. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. It’s a straightforward business. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just make the products and send them out. It’s a bit noisy and dusty, but that’s just how it goes when you work with carbon every day. We just stay focused on the orders.
