Hot Chicken Secret Masala Private Limited is tucked away in Ashok Nagar. We are at D-593 on Street-5, right near Masjid Wali Gali in Mandoli. It’s a very local neighborhood and everyone knows everyone else’s business around here. Our place is basically where all the spice mixing happens. The smell of the masala is so strong it stays on your clothes all day. It’s a secret recipe we use for the chicken masala and we spend a lot of time getting the proportions right. The street outside is narrow so getting supplies in can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We use the space we have to the fullest. It’s not a shiny factory. It’s more of a workshop feel with bags of spices piled up and people busy at the tables. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just make the masala and hope people like it when they cook with it. Working in Mandoli has its own rhythm. You hear the calls from the masjid and the kids playing in the street while we are inside working. It’s a real place with real people doing the hard work. We don’t try to be something we aren't. We are just a small company in a busy lane trying to make good masala every day. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from morning till night.
