We are located over in Vijay Colony, specifically in Gali Number 4 in the New Usmanpur area. It is more of a residential neighborhood, so our office is actually situated in House Number D-66/4. Shri Devendra Singh is the one who looks after things here. We act as an agency for various goods, which means there is always a lot of coming and going throughout the day. It is not a formal business district, so you will often see kids playing in the street and neighbors chatting while we are trying to sort out our deliveries. The office is just a couple of rooms with some basic shelves and a few chairs for guests. We do not have a big sign or any fancy branding on the walls. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or because they have lived in Usmanpur as long as we have. It gets a bit hectic whenever a large shipment arrives because the narrow streets are not really meant for big delivery trucks. We often have to do a lot of the heavy carrying by hand. It is a simple life, focused on making sure the orders are correct and that people get exactly what they need. We do not have a website or any high-tech gadgets, just a notebook and a phone that we use to keep track of everything. It is the kind of place where you stop for a chat first before you get down to work.
