Our place, Get, is tucked away in Maujpur. It’s at 201/4, Ekta Gali, which some people also call Krishna Gali No. 2. If you know where the Vandematram Press is, we are right behind that. Delhi is always loud and crowded, and this neighborhood is no different. There are always scooters zooming past and people talking loudly in the street. It can be a bit of a maze back here if you aren't from around this part of town. We’ve gotten used to the narrow lanes and the way the sunlight hits the brick walls in the afternoon. Our space is small but it serves the purpose. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them where we were. It gets hot in the summer, really hot, but we just keep the doors open when we can. Working in Maujpur means you are always in the middle of everything. It’s busy and a bit chaotic, but that’s just Delhi life for you. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the tasks at hand. There is always something to fix or move or organize. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all the stuff we have in here, but we make it work. We’ve been at this address for a while and don't plan on going anywhere else soon.
