We're over here in Durga Puri. It gets pretty loud in Lane 10 during the day because of all the rickshaws. We started Euro Ceramics Ltd. because there was a lot of building going on in Delhi and people needed decent stuff. It’s not a fancy showroom with air conditioning that works all the time, but we have the tiles. Most days it's just us moving boxes and making sure the orders are right. Sometimes the tea guy comes late. We know the neighbors pretty well now. If you’re coming down this way, just look for the sign near the corner. We keep things pretty simple here. No big corporate meetings or anything, just work. Some of the guys have been with us for years. We handle a lot of different patterns. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit messy, but we find what people need eventually. It’s a family-run kind of thing, even if the name sounds a bit formal. We spend most of our time talking to contractors and homeowners who just want to get their floors done. The traffic on the main road can be a headache for deliveries, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest place in India, just a solid spot in our part of Delhi where you can get your ceramics without a fuss. It’s just how we do things here every day. We don't have a website that's updated all the time, we mostly just talk to people. That's about it.
