Elite Event

Elite Event is based in the C9 Block Market of Yamuna Vihar. Our shop, number 101, is right in the middle of a busy local area where everyone knows each other. It’s not a big corporate office; it’s more of a local storefront where people come in to talk about weddings, birthdays, or small parties they’re planning. We’ve got some photos of past events on the walls and a few samples of decorations scattered around the room. Most of the time, the place is a bit messy with ribbons, fabric swatches, or long lists of vendors. We started here because we wanted to be right in the neighborhood. Planning events means we’re often out of the office, but when we’re here, we’re usually on the phone or meeting with families who live nearby. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the tent people and the caterers all show up at the right time. Yamuna Vihar is a lively place, and the market can get quite loud, which we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We don't use fancy software or anything; it’s mostly just notebooks and talking things through with our customers. The shop feels lived-in and practical. We like being part of the local community, helping neighbors celebrate their big days without making things too complicated. It’s just us working hard to get the details right, one event at a time, right here in the C9 market where we’ve always been.
