Dharti Agro Industries Private Limited is situated right in Village Mandoli in Delhi, specifically at Kh No -15/25 on the ground floor. Being in a village area helps us stay connected to what is actually happening on the ground with the crops and the soil. It is a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby and the trucks moving in and out of the lane. We spend a lot of time just managing the day-to-day tasks that come with being in the agro industry. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can keep our records and meet people who come by. We have some heavy equipment around and there is always something that needs fixing or moving. Most days start early here because that’s just how the industry works. The staff knows everyone around the neighborhood and we often end up talking about the weather or how the local market is doing. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. It is just a group of people who know their way around agricultural supplies and machinery. We handle a lot of logistics and warehouse stuff right from this ground floor spot. It can get cramped when a big shipment arrives but we manage to sort it out eventually. Mandoli is a busy place and we are just one of the many businesses here trying to keep things moving along steadily and honestly without much noise or trouble.
