Chandsi Poly Clinic

Our poly clinic is at A-34/3 on the Main Road in Brahmpuri. If you are looking for us, we are right across from the Kalyan Medical Store. It’s a good spot because people can get their medicine right after they see us. The clinic has been here for a while and the building is older than it looks. We have a few different rooms for seeing people. The waiting area is usually full of old newspapers and a few plastic chairs. It’s not a fancy setup but it works for the neighborhood. Brahmpuri is a crowded area so there is always something going on outside. The noise from the main road never really stops. We have a small staff and we all do a bit of everything. Sometimes I’m at the front desk and sometimes I’m cleaning up the back. We don't use any fancy computer systems for our records, mostly just big binders and pens. It feels more real that way. People from the nearby blocks come in and tell us about their families while they wait. We don't have a big sign with lights, just a simple one on the wall. It gets quite warm in the afternoons so we have a couple of fans going all the time. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a decent place for the community to come when they need something looked at.
