Bhagvan Ji Sweets Private Limited

If you head over to Yamuna Vihar, you will find Bhagvan Ji Sweets Private Limited at C-4/142. We are on the upper ground floor, which is just a few steps up from the street level. It is a busy spot and we see a lot of people walking by all day long. Making sweets is what we do, and the kitchen is usually the heart of the place. You can hear the pans clanking and see the workers busy with different batches of mithai. It is not a very large space, so we have to stay organized to get everything finished on time. The upper ground floor gives us a bit of a buffer from the dust of the road, but we are still right in the thick of the neighborhood. We have been here for a bit now and we know many of the faces that pass by our door. It is a regular Delhi workspace, nothing too polished or fancy. We deal with the morning rush and the evening crowds just like everyone else. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to keep the kitchen cool, but we just get on with it. It’s a simple life of making sweets and running a small business in a crowded city. We don't spend much time on fancy words, just focusing on the trays and the customers. Yamuna Vihar is our home and we just keep the pots boiling for the neighborhood.
