Banarasi Tadka Private Limited

Our place is down in Sonia Vihar, specifically at B-851 on the ground floor of Block B. We are right on Gali No 12, which isn't the widest street, so it can get a bit crowded when deliveries come through. Banarasi Tadka Private Limited is what we call our little venture. We focus on the food side of things, trying to bring those specific flavors people around here look for. Living and working in Sonia Vihar means we see the same faces every day, which is nice. The ground floor setup makes it easier for us to move stuff in and out without having to deal with stairs. It’s a practical space, not decorated with anything expensive or unnecessary. We just have the equipment we need and enough room to get the prep work done. Some days the power cuts in the area make things a bit tricky, but we’ve learned to work around those little hurdles. It’s just how it goes here. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. We just handle the cooking and the orders as they come in. It’s a local operation through and through. We started this because we liked the idea of having a business right in our own neighborhood where we know the streets and the people. Every day is a bit different, but the work stays the same and we keep things moving as best as we can.
