Our location is B 109 on Street Number 5 in Hardev Puri. We are part of the Shahdara area in East Delhi. Aptizers India is run out of this small building in a narrow lane. It’s a busy neighborhood where everyone knows each other. We handle food products and snacks from here. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have some shelves for storage and a couple of tables where we do the packing and paperwork. It’s not a big factory, just a local operation. The street outside is usually full of kids playing or people heading to the market. Sometimes it’s hard to get a vehicle right to the door because the lane is so thin and crowded. We’ve been here for a few years now. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers and checking the items we have. It’s a lot of hands-on work. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning in every room. We just use fans and keep the doors open when it’s hot. It’s a real, working-class environment. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local business. We just focus on the food and making sure the orders go out correctly. It’s a small team, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, from cleaning the floor to doing the accounting. It’s just how we get by.
