Anaaya Infra Height Builders Private Limited is over in West Ghonda at K-7/15, Gali-22. We are a small team of builders and our office is right in the middle of a residential street. It is the kind of place where there is always some dust on the furniture because of the construction work we do. We don't have a polished corporate headquarters; we have a workspace where we look at architectural drawings and talk to our labor teams. Our days are mostly about cement, bricks, and making sure the construction schedules are being followed. It’s hard work and it isn’t always clean, but we enjoy seeing things being built from the ground up. Gali-22 is a busy little street and we are part of the daily rhythm there. Sometimes materials get stuck in traffic or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we just find ways to work around it. People in the neighborhood come to us when they want to build a house or fix up an old one. We don’t use any marketing speak or make big promises. We just show them our past projects and tell them what it will take to get their job done. It’s a practical business built on knowing how to build things properly. We spend most of our time at the site rather than behind a desk, which is how we like it.
