Alfa Chicken Mutton

We have been here in Jaffrabad for a while now. Most days start early before the sun is even fully up because that's when the meat comes in. It’s a busy spot here. You know how it is in this part of town, there is always someone walking by or a bike zooming past. We just stay focused on what we do at Alfa Chicken Mutton. The shop isn't fancy, just a regular place where we get things done. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes it gets really crowded in the lane, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping for their dinner. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just know where we are. It’s just us working here, trying to keep things moving. We see the same faces every week, which is nice. It makes the day go by faster when you can chat with a neighbor while you work. The address is just Jaffrabad, and everyone around here knows the way. It can be loud with the traffic and the people, but we are used to it by now. We just open up, do the work, and go home when the trays are empty. It is a simple way of living but it keeps us busy and we like being part of the neighborhood here. We have been doing this for years and it feels like home.
