Aashron Joy Charitable Foundation

We are the Aashron Joy Charitable Foundation, and we operate out of House No. F-437 in Mmigkashiram Nagar. It is a local house that we use for all our foundation activities. We like being in a residential area like Mmigkashiram Nagar because it keeps us close to the families we work with. The house is a bit lived-in, but that’s because we are always busy there. We don't have a front desk or a lobby. You just come to the door and one of us will be there to help you. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We spend our time organizing different charitable efforts and making sure resources get to the right places. Sometimes the living room is full of boxes or supplies waiting to be moved. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We’ve been at House No. F-437 for a while and the community knows where to find us. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We just rely on word of mouth and the work we do every day. It’s a simple life at the foundation. We focus on the joy part of our name and try to bring a bit of that to the people around us in Mmigkashiram Nagar. There is always something that needs doing, so we just stay focused on the next task. It is a modest way of working, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
