Aarogya Jeevan The Ayurvedic Clinic is over in the DDA Market in Yamuna Vihar, specifically at C-12/445. If you know the Delhi markets, you know they can be a bit of a maze, but we are right there in the mix. We focus on traditional Ayurvedic practices. When you walk in, you’ll usually notice the smell of different oils and dried herbs right away. It’s a small clinic, which is how we like it because it feels more like a community spot than a big cold office. We’ve been in Yamuna Vihar for some time, and a lot of our regulars are neighbors who just walk over from their homes. The shelves are packed with jars and boxes of natural medicines. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their habits and how they feel, rather than just rushing them through a ten-minute appointment. The furniture is a bit old, and the floors show some wear from all the people coming in and out, but it gives the place a lived-in feel. We don't go for anything flashy; it’s just a simple shop-front clinic where we try to help people using the old ways. The DDA Market is always buzzing with people buying groceries or stopping for tea, so there is a nice energy right outside our door. We open up early and stay until the market starts to quiet down. It's just a regular part of our daily life here in Yamuna Vihar and we like it.
