Wonder Hill Resorts is located over in the Badli Industrial Area, specifically at C-24 in Suraj Park. It’s not the kind of place you’d expect to find a resort company, being in an industrial zone and all, but it works for us. We’re in Gali No 3, and it gets pretty busy around here with all the trucks and local workshops. We handle the behind-the-scenes stuff for our resort properties from this small office. It’s mostly just paperwork, coordinating with the site managers, and trying to keep the accounts straight. Sometimes it feels like we’re a long way from the actual hills, but the work has to get done somewhere. The office isn't very big, and we've got files stacked up in the corners because we haven't gotten around to a better filing system yet. We aren't really into those big marketing speeches. We just try to make sure that when people stay at one of the spots we manage, things actually work. If a lightbulb is out or a heater isn't working, that's what we're here to fix from this desk in New Delhi. It’s a lot of coordination and late-night calls. We’ve been in this part of town for a while and we like the grit of it. It’s real. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We're just a small business trying to do right by the people who stay with us while navigating the busy life in Badli.
