You can find Winnerman International at 2340/1, inside the Lal Jabban Lal Dharamshala. We are right there at Teliwara Chowk in Sadar Bazar. If you know Sadar Bazar, you know how incredibly busy and packed it gets every single day. It’s a maze of shops and people, and we are right in the thick of it. Our office is a modest space within the dharamshala building. It’s not the quietest place to work, but the location is great for being near everything. We have been operating from here for a long time and we have learned to navigate the chaos of the chowk quite well. There’s no corporate polish here, just a bunch of desks and some very busy people trying to get orders out on time. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that; we just talk to each other and figure things out as we go. The heat in the summer can be tough in this part of town, but we have some fans that help a bit. We focus on the practical stuff, like keeping the inventory straight and making sure the paperwork is done. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. People around here know us, and we know them. It’s just a regular local business trying to make its way in a very busy marketplace. We just keep on going despite all the noise and traffic around us.
