Wegmans Trade India is located in Model Town-II. We have the ground floor of house number K-2/7. It's a decent spot, fairly quiet compared to the main city markets. We deal with trading in different sectors. It's a lot of coordination between manufacturers and the people who actually need the products. We have a small office staff who’ve been together for a while now. We know each other’s habits and how everyone likes their tea or coffee. The office is usually full of samples and brochures from various companies we work with. We spend a lot of time on the phone negotiating prices and delivery dates. It’s what we do every day. North West Delhi has been a good place for our base for a long time. We don't have a fancy lobby or any reception area. Just some desks, chairs, and computers that are always running. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all sit around waiting for it to come back so we can send our bids. It’s a real job with real people. We make mistakes sometimes, like forgetting to copy someone on an email, but we fix it and move on. The goal is just to keep the trade moving and stay busy. We have some wooden shelves in the back where we keep the old records just in case someone asks for something from years ago. It’s a steady way to spend the work week.
