Vinayak Hospital

Being over here in Derawal Nagar in Model Town 2 means we see a lot of the same faces from the neighborhood. It’s a bit quieter than the main market areas, which is nice for the people staying with us. We are located at number 2, right in the heart of the colony. The building has been here for a good bit of time now and it has its quirks, like the front door that sticks a little in the rainy season. We usually have the gates open by eight in the morning. Some days it’s very quiet, and other days the waiting room is packed before we even get the lights on. The staff mostly knows the local families by name because we’ve been here so long. We don't have a big fancy lobby with leather chairs, just enough plastic seats for everyone and some old magazines on the side table. Sometimes the street gets crowded with cars, but usually, it's just fine. We handle all sorts of cases that come through the door. It feels more like a community place than a big cold hospital. We keep the walls painted a simple white and try to keep the ceiling fans running at full speed when it gets hot. It's a straightforward place with no hidden agendas. We don't spend much on big signs or bright lights. Most people find us because their neighbor or cousin told them where we were. We just try to do our jobs properly and go home at the end of the shift.
