Vinayak Hospital

This hospital sits in Derawal Nagar, right in the middle of Gujranwala Town. It is a busy part of the city and the noise from the street usually drifts inside. We have several floors here and the elevators are sometimes a bit slow when everyone is moving at once. Staff members are always walking back and forth between the wards. We handle a lot of different things here because there are many families living in the surrounding blocks. The lobby usually has people waiting on those plastic chairs. We try to keep the paperwork moving but sometimes there is a wait. It is just how things go in a place like this. The rooms are basic. We have the usual beds and medical stands. Nothing is fancy or overly modern. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done. The tea lady comes around twice a day and that is usually the highlight for the nurses on the long shifts. Being in Gujranwala Town means we get all sorts of people coming in. We keep the medicines stocked and the lights on all night. It is a lot of work to keep a building this size clean and functional. There is always a leaky tap or a lightbulb that needs changing somewhere. We just manage it as it comes. It is a solid, practical hospital for the local community here in the neighborhood.
