Vikas Motors & Properties

Our business, Vikas Motors & Properties, is located at 13575 Vijay Nagar. We are right near the Royal Palace, which is a landmark that everyone recognizes. Because we handle both cars and property, our office can get a little crowded. There are usually some vehicle papers on one side of the desk and house deeds on the other. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we have our own system for finding everything. Vijay Nagar is a lively place to be, and there is always a lot of foot traffic near the Royal Palace. We do not have a fancy glass front or a polished lobby. Our office is more like a workshop where we get things done. There is often the sound of car engines from the street and people talking loudly outside. We have a few old benches where people can sit while they wait. We have lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know the history of most of the buildings and the cars we deal with. We do not use any big sales pitches. We just tell people what we have available and let them decide. It is a bit of a hectic life, balancing the motors and the real estate, but we enjoy the variety.
