Our place is over in Rohini, specifically in Sector-11 at B-6/96-97. It’s a quiet enough part of the city compared to the main hubs. We do overseas work, which mostly means a lot of emails and phone calls at odd hours because of the time differences. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have a couple of desks, some heavy filing cabinets, and a stack of shipping documents that never seems to get smaller. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a pain when you're trying to track a shipment. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a good stretch. You get to know the neighbors and the guy who sells snacks at the corner. We spend most of our time coordinating things. It’s not like those big companies with glass walls and fancy carpets. Our carpet has a few stains and the chairs squeak a bit. But it works for us. We handle the logistics and the back-and-forth communication that comes with international trade. It's mostly about keeping track of details and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. My brother helps out with the accounts, and we have a small staff who knows the routine. We don’t really do big meetings. We just talk across the room. It gets the job done without much fuss. We like being in Rohini; it’s where we started and it suits the way we work.
