V N Cranes is located over at F-14 Kamla Nagar. It’s a bit different being here compared to the usual industrial areas where you find crane companies. Kamla Nagar is usually known for the shops and the students from the university, so our office feels a bit tucked away. It’s not a huge setup. We have a small space where we handle the paperwork and take calls from people who need help moving big equipment. It can get pretty hectic in this neighborhood, especially with the narrow streets and all the people walking around. Sometimes it’s a struggle just to find a place to park. We’ve been running things from this address for a while now. It’s a family-run sort of feeling, even though we have the Pvt Ltd tag. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been together for years. We know the business well enough that we don't need a lot of manuals. It’s mostly just knowing how to solve problems when they come up on a job site. The office has old wooden desks and some faded maps on the wall. We don’t bother with fancy decorations because we’re mostly focused on the logistics. People call us, we figure out which machine is free, and we send it out. It’s straightforward work. We like being in Kamla Nagar, even if it’s a bit crowded. It feels like home to us after all this time.
