Our business is situated at 7786/113, Katra Atma Ram, on Chamelian Road in the Bara Hindu Rao area. It’s deep inside the old markets, and finding us for the first time can be a real adventure. The lanes are narrow and always packed with people and goods. We make caps here, and the sound of the machines is the constant background music to our day. It’s a very old part of the city, and our building has a lot of history to it. We don't have much space, so every inch is used for either a machine or for storing materials. It gets very hot in the summer, but we have some big fans that keep the air moving. Most of the people working here live nearby and have been with us for a long time. We aren't a big factory; it's more of a traditional setup where everyone knows how to do everything. We don't use any fancy management techniques; we just talk to each other and get the work done. The address is long and complicated, but once you know the way, it’s not so bad. We are just a small part of the massive market here, doing our bit to keep the industry going. It’s hard work, but we are used to the pace and the noise. We just take it one day at a time.
