You can find us over at Sharda Nagar in Lilmatha. We are set up at Sri Jagjiwan Pd Gajodhar Pd’s place. It’s a local spot and everyone around here knows the name. Lilmatha is a decent place to work. We spend our mornings getting the office ready and checking through the ledgers. Ujjwalvikasjeevan Nidhi Limited is basically just a group of us working together. We aren't some massive company with branches everywhere. We stay right here in this one spot. The office isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We deal with the community directly. Most people who come in are just looking for some help with their savings or local accounts. We try to be helpful without making things too difficult. It’s a lot of manual work and typing on old computers. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but we still open up. We don’t have a fancy marketing team. We just rely on people telling their friends about us. It’s an honest way to run things, we think. We’ve been here long enough that we know the faces of the people walking by. It’s not a fast-paced environment. We take our time and make sure the entries are right. That’s just how we operate day to day. No frills, just regular work for regular people in the neighborhood. We don't have many employees, so it is usually the same face you see.
