Trim Hr Consulting Private Limited is located over in Pitam Pura, specifically at E-1044 in Saraswati Vihar. It’s a nice area, quite residential, which makes it feel less like a stuffy office and more like a part of the community. We work out of this space helping companies with their hiring needs. It’s not a huge operation. Usually, it’s just two or three of us sitting around desks covered in resumes and notebooks. We spend a lot of time talking to people on the phone, trying to understand what they are looking for in a job. The street outside is usually busy with people going about their day. We like it here because it’s easy for folks in North West Delhi to find us. We don’t really go in for the whole corporate image thing. We’d rather just be ourselves and talk to people like human beings. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of milk for tea, but we manage. We’ve seen a lot of people come through our doors over the years. Some are just starting out, others are looking for a big change. We listen to their stories and try to see if we have any positions that fit. It's pretty basic, but we enjoy the process of connecting people with work. It keeps us busy and feels like we’re doing something useful in the neighborhood while we keep track of all the local hiring trends.
