This branch is at 10 Rambagh on Old Rohtak Road, very close to Azad Market in Delhi. It’s a very familiar spot for anyone who works in transport in this part of the city. We operate under the TCI XPS name here, focusing on the express cargo that needs to move quickly. The building is older and has that classic Delhi feel to it, with narrow corridors and plenty of activity. Every morning starts with a lot of noise as the overnight trucks get unloaded. The traffic on Old Rohtak Road can be a real nightmare, so we have to plan everything very carefully or we lose half the day just sitting in jams. Inside the office, it’s a mix of old files and some newer computer screens. We have some benches for the drivers to sit on while they wait for their papers to be processed. It’s not a very quiet place to work, but you get used to the noise of the market and the constant beep of horns outside. We usually drink a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the long shifts. There isn't much in the way of decoration, just some calendars on the wall and maybe a few photos of family. We just do the work as it comes and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s a tough job sometimes, but we’ve been doing it a long time and know the ropes.
