We are over in Sector 23 of Rohini, at Flat No. 75 in Pkt B 11. If you know Delhi, you know this part of the city is always buzzing with people and small businesses. Our setup is pretty simple. We work out of this flat and handle a lot of the express shipping needs for people in the neighborhood and beyond. It is not a huge corporate office with a lobby. It is just us, some computers, and a lot of shipping labels. We spend most of our time coordinating with the main transport hubs and making sure the packages are moving according to the plan. There are days when the phone does not stop ringing and days when we are just staring at tracking screens. It can be a bit chaotic when a big shipment arrives, but we have learned how to manage the space over the years. We have been part of this community for a while, and we see the same faces every day. We do not use a lot of big words or complicated systems. We just check the weight, print the slips, and send the stuff on its way. It is a practical business. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp because mistakes in addresses cause a lot of headaches later on. We just want to get the job done and go home to our families like everyone else. It is a living, and it keeps us out of trouble.
