Tipco Engineering Works

If you head down Gali No.9 in Samaipur, right near the Khad Factory, you will see our sign for Tipco Engineering Works. We are tucked away in the Sanjay Gandhi Park area. It is a busy little corner of the world. Our workshop has been here for a long time, and we have seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. The shop itself is pretty basic. We have got our machines lined up and enough light to see what we are doing. It is not the kind of place where you will find polished floors or fancy furniture. We spend most of our time dealing with metalwork and repairs. Sometimes the noise from the street mixes with the sound of our grinders, but we are used to it by now. We are just a few guys who know how to handle tools. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just talk to the people who walk through the door and try to figure out what they need. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean the tools and organize the scrap pile. We have built some good relationships with the other business owners nearby. It feels like a real community here. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay steady. It is not always perfect, but we put in the effort every day to keep things moving along.
