Our office is tucked away in Regarpura, right in the middle of New Delhi. We’ve been at 5698/80 for quite a while now. The streets around here are always crowded and there is a lot of noise, which is just part of living in the city. We do technical work for various people who need help with their setups. It’s mostly practical stuff, solving problems that pop up unexpectedly. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, people find us because someone they know told them about us. We just take the calls as they come and try to get someone out to help. Delhi is a huge place, so we spend a lot of time traveling from one spot to another. Some days we are working on small fixes and other days it’s something much bigger. We try to keep our tools ready and our heads clear. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important. We don’t use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to folks. We just explain what’s broken and how we can fix it. It’s a small operation and we like keeping it that way. Being in the 110006 pin code area means we are right in the heart of things. We just keep doing what we do every single day. It keeps us on our toes and we get to meet a lot of different people.
