The Grid Interior

The Grid Interior is located at 2764 Chatta Pratap Singh, which is right in the middle of Kinari Bazar in Delhi. If you know Delhi- 110006, you know how busy and crowded it can get. Kinari Bazar is famous for its narrow lanes and all the shops selling everything you can imagine. Our office is tucked away in one of those old buildings that has been there for decades. The stairs are narrow and a bit steep, so you have to be careful coming up. Inside, it doesn't look like a fancy design studio. It is more of a workspace where we keep all our samples, drawings, and tools. There are bits of fabric and wood samples scattered around most of the time. The Grid Interior has been operating out of this Chatta Pratap Singh address for a while. It is a noisy place with the sounds of the market constantly coming through the windows. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. You just find the door at 2764 and come on up. It is a very authentic way to work, right in the heart of the old city. We don't use any marketing speak or try to sound bigger than we are. It is just a few of us working in a small space. Delhi 110006 is a place with a lot of history, and we feel like our little office is a tiny part of that daily hustle and bustle.
