Svea The Designer Boutique

We have been running Svea The Designer Boutique from this spot in Usha Chambers for a while now. It is on the third floor, specifically F-3, right in the middle of Central Market in Ashok Vihar. If you know the Deep Market area, we are basically right there in that Ashok Vihar neighborhood. The building is usually quite busy with people coming and going for different things. Our space isn't huge, but it fits everything we need for the clothes we design. Sometimes the hallways get a bit crowded when deliveries arrive, but that is just how it is around here. We spend most of our mornings organizing the racks and making sure everything looks decent before people start showing up. Ashok Vihar has changed quite a bit over the years, but this market stays pretty active. You can hear the noise from the street downstairs most of the day. It’s a lot of work keeping up with new designs, but we just take it one day at a time. My cousin helps out with the stock sometimes when things get hectic. We have a few mirrors set up and some stools for people to sit while they look at fabrics. It’s a simple setup, nothing too fancy, just a place where we get our work done and talk to the folks who drop by. Living and working around here means you get to know the other shop owners too. It is a decent spot for a boutique.
