Subhash Auto Agency is located at 740/8 in Soni Market, which is part of the Chotta Bazar area in Kashmere Gate. This part of Delhi is always crowded with people looking for car parts, and our shop is right in the middle of that chaos. It’s a small place, packed from floor to ceiling with different automotive items. We don't have a showroom with bright lights. Most of our stock is kept in old wooden bins or stacked in the corners. It’s a bit dusty, and the counter is scratched up from years of use, but it works for us. We don't have a website or a social media manager. People just walk in from the market or give us a call when they need something specific. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the regulars and the other shopkeepers in Soni Market. It’s a noisy, busy way to spend the day, but we like it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just find the parts people are looking for and sell them to whoever comes in. It’s a simple trade. When the day is done, we pull down the shutters and head home, ready to do it all again tomorrow. Sometimes we have to dig through the back to find an older part someone asked for, but we usually find it eventually. It's a lot of manual work, moving boxes and checking lists, but it keeps us moving.
