Our clinic is located at B-6/6 in Model Town 1, right here in Delhi. Model Town is a pretty established area, so we get a lot of people who have lived nearby for decades. The building is a standard Delhi structure, part of a residential-style block that’s been converted for medical use. It’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for the specific number, but once you’ve been here, it’s easy to find again. Inside, we’ve got the laparoscopic equipment and rooms for consultations. It’s not a huge place, so it feels a bit more private than those big city hospitals. We have a small waiting area with a TV that’s usually on a news channel or a cricket match. The floors are polished stone, and the walls have that standard clinic look. We handle various procedures here, mostly focused on what’s mentioned in our name. The staff is local, and we’ve been working together for quite some time now. We aren't into big marketing or flashy ads; most people hear about us from their neighbors or their regular family doctor. It gets busy during the middle of the week. We have a simple desk at the front where we take down names and give out tokens for the doctor. It’s a practical, everyday kind of place. We just focus on getting the work done and helping the people who come through the door. It’s a relatively quiet part of Model Town 1, which is nice for the patients who need some peace while they wait.
