If you’ve ever been to Bhagirath Palace, you know it’s a crazy place. We are right in the middle of it at 168/20, Mangal Market. Stead Electronics (India) Pvt.Ltd. has been squeezed into this spot for a long time. It’s crowded, and there are wires and components everywhere you look. We don't have a lot of space for walking, so we mostly just stand behind the counter. The market is always buzzing with people looking for specific parts. We spend a lot of time testing things and making sure the orders are right. It’s a lot of technical stuff, but we don't talk about it in a fancy way. We just know what works. Sometimes the heat in the market is a bit much, but we have a small AC that does its best. We aren't a huge corporation with a human resources department. It’s just us and the inventory. We know most of the other shop owners around here. We help each other out when someone is short on stock. It’s a busy life, and by the time we close up in the evening, we’re pretty tired. But it’s a good kind of tired. We just keep doing what we know, selling parts and talking to customers day in and day out. It’s been our life for years and we’re used to the hustle and bustle.
