We are based in the 876 Multani Building Qutub Road, Sadar Bazar Chandni Chowk. This is right in the heart of the market, so you can imagine the chaos. It’s one of the busiest spots in the world, and we are right in the thick of it. Sova World Wide Impex handles a lot of moving parts. We deal with imports and exports, which means lots of paperwork and waiting on shipments. Our office is small and usually smells like old paper and tea. We’ve been here long enough that we don't mind the noise from the street anymore. Actually, we kind of like it. It feels like things are happening. We don't have any flashy signs or a big showroom. Most of our work is done over the phone or by shouting across the room. We have to be careful with the details because one mistake can cause a big headache at the customs office. Our team is like a family. We eat lunch together and complain about the traffic outside. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the boxes get where they need to go. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot and the market is packed, but it’s what we know. We’ve seen the market change over the years, but we’re still here in the same old building, just trying to keep the trade moving smoothly every single day.
