Somex Auto India

Somex Auto India is located at 1A/231 on Neelam Bata Road in Faridabad City. It's a loud area with lots of traffic, which makes sense for an auto business. We’ve been at this address for quite some time now. The building is a bit older, and the shelves are packed with parts and tools. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what someone is looking for, but we usually get there. The grease on the floor is part of the job, I guess. We aren't really the type of place that cares about fancy logos or polished showrooms. It’s mostly just us working with our hands and talking to customers who come in off the road. Neelam Bata Road is always humming with noise, and we are right in the thick of it. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and we can't get to it fast enough. We try to keep things straightforward. If a part isn't in stock, we tell you. No point in making things complicated. We have a few chairs for people to sit on while they wait, though they aren't the most comfortable. It’s a real working shop, not a corporate office. We’ve known some of our customers for years. They come by even when they don't need anything, just to say hello. That’s the kind of place we are. Just a local business trying to stay busy and keep the lights on.
