Shri. Ashok B. Lal

We operate out of 2-B, Ram Kishore Road in the Civil Lines area. It’s a relatively quiet part of town compared to the rest of the city, which is nice for the kind of work we do. The building has that old charm, with high ceilings and thick walls that keep it cool even when it’s roasting outside. We’ve been here for a long time, and the office reflects that. There are bookshelves filled with old references and drawings that have been sitting there for years. We don't really go for the modern, glass-and-steel office look. It’s more about big wooden tables and lots of natural light from the windows. The garden outside is a bit overgrown but it’s peaceful. Most of our day is spent at these tables, going over plans or talking to people about their projects. It’s a slow and steady kind of place. We don’t rush things because that’s when mistakes happen. Everyone knows everyone here. We drink a lot of tea and talk about how the city is changing. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just focus on doing things the right way, the way we’ve always done them. It’s a simple setup, no bells or whistles. You come in, sit down, and we talk about what needs to be built or fixed. It’s just how we like to run things for Shri. Ashok B. Lal. The work speaks for itself at the end of the day no matter what.
