About Shreeshree Microserve Foundation – Charity & Non Profit Organisations in North Delhi
Shreeshree Microserve Foundation is found at Prahlad Gurjar’s place in Mohalla Gujran, right near the Bombar Gate. It’s an old part of town with narrow streets, so it’s usually better to walk than to try and drive a car all the way to the door. We set up in a room that faces the street so people can see we are in. It’s a simple setup with a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We spend our days dealing with small-scale service tasks for the people in the Mohalla. It’s not high-level stuff, just basic help that people need in their daily lives. We’ve been here for a while and have become part of the daily rhythm of the neighborhood. The Bombar Gate area is always bustling, and we get a lot of walk-ins who just need a question answered. We don’t have a website or any fancy brochures. People mostly hear about us from their neighbors. It is a bit noisy with the street sounds coming in through the window, but we’ve gotten used to it. Prahlad is usually around to help out, and we try to keep things as straightforward as possible. We don't use big words or complicated processes. If someone has a problem, we sit down and look at it together. That’s just how we’ve always operated and it seems to work fine for everyone involved. It is just a small room in an old neighborhood.
