Sharma Advertising

Sharma Advertising is located over at 694/33 on Old Rohtak Road in the Katmandi area. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned part of town. Our workshop is usually full of half-finished signs and bits of vinyl. The smell of paint is pretty strong most days. We don't have a fancy storefront. Most of our work happens in the back where we cut letters and figure out how to make things fit on a board. It’s a messy process, and there’s usually scrap material all over the floor. We deal with a lot of local shopkeepers who want a simple board for their front window. Old Rohtak Road is always busy with traffic, so we hear the horns honking all day long. We’ve been here for a while, and the building shows its age, but it works for what we do. We don’t have a big team of designers; it’s just a few of us who know how to get the job done. Sometimes we have to go out and climb ladders to fix signs, which is the harder part of the job. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know. People usually find us by word of mouth or just by seeing our own sign outside the door. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs a banner, we see what we can do with what we have in stock. It keeps us busy enough throughout the week without needing any big fancy advertisements of our own.
