Scales N Sensors Inc is tucked away at 89/Pocket F-25, Sector-3 in Rohini. It’s a quiet residential pocket, which is nice because the work we do with scales and sensors requires a bit of concentration and a steady hand. If it’s too noisy, it’s hard to focus on the small parts we handle. Our workspace is filled with various weighing instruments and tiny electronic components scattered across workbenches. We have to keep the place quite clean so that dust doesn't get into the sensitive equipment. There are a few stools around a central table where we do most of the assembly and testing. The lighting is bright because we need to see what we’re doing. We don't have a fancy showroom or a sales team. Usually, it's just a couple of us in the back with our tools. Sometimes the delivery scooters have a hard time finding our specific pocket, so we spend a bit of time on the phone giving directions. We usually eat our lunch together at the back table. It’s a simple, small-scale operation, and we prefer it that way. We don't use any big fancy words to describe what we do; we just make sure the sensors are accurate and the scales are balanced right. Most of our days are spent checking measurements and packing boxes carefully. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do here in Rohini.
