Sabharwal Auto Agency is located in the Industrial Area at A-74/1, right off G T Karnal Road. Being in an industrial zone means it is never quiet. There are always trucks idling nearby and the sound of metal moving around. We deal with various auto parts, mostly for the types of vehicles that rumble up and down the highway all day. Our shop at A-74/1 is pretty large because car parts take up a lot of room. We’ve got heavy shelves filled with gaskets, filters, and all sorts of engine components that most people wouldn't recognize. The floor usually has a few oil stains, which is just part of the job when you’re handling mechanical bits all day. We spend a lot of time talking to mechanics and drivers who are in a hurry to get back on the road. G T Karnal Road is a major route, so we get a lot of people stopping in because they’ve had a breakdown or need a specific part that’s hard to find. It isn't a clean, white-wall office. It’s a working warehouse where we use our hands and stay busy with the inventory. We don't use fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still kept in notebooks and by memory. It’s a practical way of doing business that has worked for us for a long time in this part of the city. We just open the shutters, check the stock, and start the day.
