Being out in Bawana Industrial Area Sector 5 feels different than the main city. It is all factories and big sheds around here. Our place is J 119. If you are driving down this way, you see a lot of trucks and heavy vehicles moving parts back and forth. S T Automotive is just one of those places where the work gets done without much fuss. The air is often thick with the smell of metal and grease from all the units. Inside J 119, it is usually quite warm, especially during the summer months when the sun hits the roof. We have our tools and our space laid out in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit messy to someone else. It is not a showroom. It is a working space. We arrive early because the commute to Sector 5 can be a bit long depending on where you live. There is a small stall nearby where we get snacks and tea. Most people who come here are looking for automotive stuff and they usually know exactly what they want. We don't spend much time talking about things that don't matter. We just focus on the job at hand. The walls at J 119 have some stains and the floor is scratched up from moving heavy things around, but it shows that the place is being used. That is the reality of being in an industrial area like Bawana every single day.
