You can find S.S. Herbals at 485/2 in Katra Ishwar Bhawan. We are right in the heart of Khari Baoli. If you’ve ever been here, you know the smell. It’s a mix of all kinds of spices and herbs. The area is incredibly crowded and the lanes are narrow. We’ve been in this old building for many years now. It has a lot of history in the walls. Our space is small and usually packed with bags and jars. We deal with all sorts of natural products. It’s a lot of manual work, weighing things out and packing them up for customers. The streets outside are always jammed with carts and people. It’s a chaotic place, but there’s a system to it that we understand. We don't have a modern office. It’s more of a traditional setup. We sit on the floor sometimes to sort through the things we receive. It’s dusty and the air is thick with the scent of the herbs. We know all the other traders around here. We’ve been doing this for a long time. We don’t have a fancy brand or big advertisements. People find us because we’ve been in Khari Baoli forever. It’s a tough place to work because of the noise and the crowd, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. It’s our way of life. We just keep doing what we know best and managing the shop.
