Rudraksha Ayurvedic Clinic

Sitting here at 1479 Sharbia Road, you get used to the sounds of Kucha Pati Ram. It’s one of those older parts of the city where the lanes are a bit narrow and there’s always something going on just outside the door. Rudraksha Ayurvedic Clinic has been our little corner for a while. It’s not a huge space, but it fits what we need. I spend a lot of time organizing the jars and making sure everything is where it should be. The air usually smells a bit like dried herbs and earth, which I’ve grown to like over the years. People find their way to us through the maze of the neighborhood. Sometimes they get lost near the main road and have to ask for directions to Sharbia Road, but once they find the clinic, they remember it. It’s mostly quiet inside, a big change from the shouting and scooters right outside. I try to keep the desk tidy, but papers always seem to pile up by midday. There isn’t a big corporate team here, just us doing the daily tasks. We open the shutters in the morning, sweep the front, and wait for the first person to walk in. It’s a steady pace. Sometimes I sit and watch the rain through the window if it’s that time of year. It’s just a simple place for people who want to try the traditional way.
